Beginner Sprint workout: (30 minutes)
-10 minute warm up
-30 seconds at 110% exertion, all out, absolutely as hard as you can
-3 minute recovery at 50-60% exertion
Repeat 5 times
-if 5 sprints is too much to start, back down to 3 and work your way up to 5 over my 8 week program.
